Dr Robert Ouko's Widow Christabel Killed in a Car Crash after Attending Anyang' Nyong'o Inauguration

Christabel Ouko, the widow of the late Cabinet Minister Dr Robert Ouko has passed away in a car accident.

Christabel passed away on Monday when a vehicle she was traveling in was involved in a road accident in Muhuruni along the Kisumu-Kericho Rd around 3pm. She was returning home after attending the swearing-in ceremony of Anyang Nyong’o as the new Governor for Kisumu.

Her body has been taken to Siloam Hospital Mortuary in Kericho.

Christabel's late husband was assassinated under unclear circumstances in 1990 druing former President Moi's regime. His killers remains unknown up to date.

Very sad indeed ... but even more sad is that .. you will hear nasa morons trying to connect this accident to msandos murder, githeri man, the IEBC server and the petition. My dear nasa morons .. this was just an unfortunate accident ... pole to the ouko family.

RIP mama. At least you may now join your husband who was most respected minister and most probably one of the few would be great Kenyan presidents robbed from us by the previous dictatorships. When he spoke as the foreign minister, the world listened. Who knows, if Robert Ouko was still alive, maybe Kenyans would not be in the current election fiasco. Maybe he could already been the most agreeable presidential candidate and possibly president already coming from Nyanza - wishful thinking! Just saying!
