No Provisional Results in Repeat Election, IEBC Says
The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) says that it will not be displaying provisional results at the Bomas of Kenya national tallying centre during the October 26th fresh election.
In a memo by Chief Executive Officer Ezra Chiloba, IEBC said that it will not be able to reconfigure the KIEMS kits on time, after the inclusion of five other presidential candidates on the ballot.
Chiloba said the Commission had already reconfigured the election management system (KIEMS) to only President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga of the National Super Alliance (NASA).
He noted that the 11 days remaining to the fresh poll would no adequate for IEBC to reconfigure the KIEM kits to include names of Thirdway Alliance candidate Ekuru Aukot, Tunza' Alliances Abduba Dida and independent candidates Joe Nyaga, Japheth Kaluyu and Michael Wainaina.
Chiloba said that this will not only allow presiding officers at constituency to send text election results, but will only transmit scanned images of results declaration forms to the national tallying centers.

Ezra Chiloba: You are lucky to be living in a corrupt ridden nation. If you were living in truly democratic nation, you will be behind bars for what you did on August 8.
We patriotic Kenyans have had enough with gross incompetence that we face on a daily basis. In order to begin the path to healing and walking tall again, all the current incompetent people in the IEBC must resign from office. When? This second! They cannot be allowed again to waste more public funds through their incompetence as they did on August 8 by supervising another election.
No election on October 26 until the entire corrupt members of the IEBC are fired! Long live the Republic of Kenya without the current members of IEBC running another election!

We have pple talking trash about you yet the supreme Court said it did not find anyone accountable, that is if anything happened at all cos 4 politicians in the supreme Court waliropoka what did not make sense then disregarded the voice of the majority. This is perfect! Nobody can accuse IEBC of faulty electronic transmission system nor announcing results from copies of Forms 34A & B but instead will wait to receive originals 34A & B at Bomas to verify they match...
