Nairobi the big dump is very costly; just too costly and hyped up. Traffic, smoke, garbage. Mashambani, best place to live esp near Mt Kenya. Clean air, your money buys you more, organic food and a little perepere aka gossip from my fellow villagers with a hint of humor goes a long way. Good living.

Get your statistic right Mr. Johannesburg is not in africa stop sourcing your info from foreign statistics they don't know much about the kenyan market, most incomes are not declared nor recorded at the moment we have a per capital income of roughly $3000-4000 but whats recorded globally is around $1200.You have clearly destroyed Mwakilishi's acreditability.Inaccurate resource. Kenyans deserve an appology for this fake news antiprogressive....mshinde mkipiga kelele tu.https://www.ubs.com/microsites/prices-earnings/en/explore/?category=Dom…

How does a global bank in Switzerland study a place like Nairobi and authoritatively give accurate statistics. This is called fake news. It is called information wars. Useless and unreliable information. Fake news is no longer needed. Kenyans are fully capable of giving reports on their cities. God help Kenya!!

They did not ask for "bei ya mwisho" that is why Nairobi turns out as expensive. But just between me and you, Nairobi is dynamic, adaptable and affordable. You pay your price (not prize) be it for a cup of tea or real estate.
On a light note, my folks will shame-value your merchandise to level the bargaining field. saying things like: Hii chai hata haina maziwa ya kutosho, Hii ploti imeinama sana who can build here? Are you sure hii si riparian land? Hii dress ina kila mtu town ndio unauza that much? kuguzaguza tu mawaya gari ikawaka ndio unaitisha ngiri? Hiyo mchanga haijajaa lori!. "Na samaki zenu mnatoa Turkana, Victoria, Chania river ama Zhu Jiang?" " mimi sio mgeni hapa bwaana! taja bei inaeleweka" " eti mita tatu, wewe ushaa shika million moja na mkono wacha tatu?
Back and forth and finally a transaction mat take place-It is called magic economics and it is refreshing.
