This is the reality of the Kenyan roads and official apathy towards safety and protection of life. Why was a stalled vehicle allowed to remain on the highway?? KenHa and the police must answer the question. If a wrongful death lawsuit is anticipated, the police and the highway authorities must be enjoined, as should the owner and driver of the killer vehicle.
