UDA Lawmakers Rally Behind Ndindi Nyoro as Ruto's Deputy in 2027

A gathering of leaders from Murang’a has given their approval for Kiharu Member of Parliament Ndindi Nyoro to be the deputy to President William Ruto in the upcoming 2027 general election.

Senator Joe Nyutu and MP Edward Muriu, along with other leaders, are concerned that Rigathi Gachagua's presence as Ruto's deputy may harm Ruto's chances of being re-elected. Senator Nyutu emphasizes the importance of Murang'a's representation in national politics and expresses a preference for Ndindi Nyoro over Gachagua. It is believed that Gachagua holds unfavourable opinions about the residents of Murang'a, and Nyutu believes that his divisive behaviour could negatively affect Ruto's prospects in the region.

"We will request Ruto to select a young individual from Murang'a, particularly Ndindi Nyoro. Gachagua has diminished his influence by disrespecting people, including elected leaders." Says Nyuta.

Highlighting the significance of fairness, Nyutu strongly advocates for an unbiased selection procedure for the upcoming 2027 election, devoid of any preferential treatment towards individuals. Gatanga MP Edward Muriu additionally emphasizes the importance of recognizing the invaluable contributions made by the mothers of Murang'a and endorses the choice of a youthful candidate such as Ndindi Nyoro. Muriu stresses that the women of Murang'a also give birth to capable leaders, such as Ndindi Nyoro, who is qualified to be a deputy to Ruto and a leader in his own right.

Many leaders are backing Ndindi as a potential candidate for the position. During a recent memorial service, Public Service Cabinet Secretary Moses Kuria echoed this sentiment and urged Mount Kenya leaders to guide and mentor young leaders like Ndindi Nyoro instead of opposing them politically. Kuria highlights the importance of supporting the young leaders in the region, including Ndindi Nyoro, rather than engaging in political fights against them. Ndindi Nyoro, a dedicated follower of President William Ruto, has frequently been named as a prospective participant in the 2032 presidential election.

Kazi ya Samoei Cherop Ruto itamalizika 2027. Hatuwezi kuendelea kutawaliwa na:

There is no competition politics in Mt. Kenya. What There is in Mt. Kenya,
is propaganda competition to disrupt what is going on.
We should shame anyone who brings any kind of political propaganda to Mt. Kenya before the end of 2026.
Right now Mt Kenya should be left alone to take care of its domestic affairs and family needs.

It's sickening to keep reading about Kikuyu, Mt Kenya day in day out. Kenya is NOT Kikuyu, and Kikuyu is not Kenya. It's time other communities aka tribes united and worked together to ensure that the Kikuyu are kept out of the presidency for at least one hundred years. We are tired of the non ending chorus.

@Mutuura Mwangi,
I agree with you. It's not all about Gikuyu, it's about the increase in propaganda. The propagandalists need to lessen their appetite about Gikuyu issues until 2026.
Every community has its own local politics and issues before joining together as the fabric we call "Kenya".
This fabric is only good on national issues, not regional.
Let that fabric not try to micromanage local and family issues when there are no politics.
This is 2024, 3 years before we can work again on the national fabric.
Let the propagandists hold their tongue atleast until late 2026.
Respect the person in power, Gachagua. Give him space to serve his time. Once he is done, we will then start politicking about who is next.
Meanwhile let's shame those who bring politics to our backyard before 2026.
They have no respect for our families, or our local issues.
They are just idle busy buddies!!

Mhalisi, let me enlighten you. Kikuyus are not the majority in Kenya. And kikuyus are not the ones with money. And Kikuys are not the most influential. I am sorry to break this to you. Maŭndŭ ma tene tigana namo.

What stupidity is this to be discussing 2027 and 2032 elections when people are suffering NOW? All these politicians need to be taken out on the street and flogged. There dont care about anyone but themselves. What electorate will you have left by then if they dont have food, shelter, education and are being taxed into hell NOW?

A GIRL TOTO (not verified)     Mon, 01/15/2024 @ 12:15pm

AND NDINDI NYORO YOU ARE NOT THE OFFICIAL MP FOR KIHARU .
KENNETH MATIBA WA NGINDO IS THE ONLY LIFETIME MP FOR KIHARU.

Keep standing (not verified)     Mon, 01/15/2024 @ 08:47pm

Too soon to discuss kingpins. No pres has lost reelection so 2032 is too far. About time we have a pres from other areas of Kenya like coast, Western, eastern, South, North.

The Kikuyu, with their corrupted feelings of entitlement will soon fade out the same way the Ibo of Nigeria have faded. There is an uncanny resemblance with the attitudes of both, and the fade process is a foregone conclusion. Insults not withstanding, fellow readers.
