Raila: Supreme Court Verdict Issued under Duress

Opposition leader Raila Odinga says that President Uhuru Kenyatta's re-election remains illegitimate despite the Supreme Court upholding his October 26th victory.
In a statement issued by his adviser Salim Lone, Raila said that the Supreme Court delivered Monday's ruling under duress, adding that Nasa will not recognize the Jubilee government.
“We in Nasa had repeatedly declared before this Supreme Court ruling today that we consider this government to be illegitimate and do not recognise it,” he said.
“This position has not been changed by the court ruling, which did not come as a surprise. It was a decision taken under duress. We do not condemn the court, we sympathise with it.”
In an unanimous decision, the Supreme Court threw out two petitions challenging the October vote and upheld the declaration of Uhuru as President-elect, but Lone says the ruling changes nothing.
"The court has unanimously determined that the petitions are not merited. The petitions are hereby dismissed. The presidential election is upheld," Chief Justice David Maraga said.
"As such, the court’s decision today could not possibly legitimise an illegitimate government whose president had publicly accused the court of having carried out a 'coup' by annulling his election and threatened to 'fix' the justices once he was back in power," Lone charged.

Raila is on a continuous mission of impoverishment of his constituents by abject use of either their intolerance, ignorance or deliberate use of intellectual deceit to the entity that went school. So far he has succeeded in marking his tribal lines. He has established a resource of cult within a culture where his followers don't resonate with their own wishful thinking but always have to follow ( blindly). If we assume Raila was President today, there's very little he can do to his tribal zone if only he has to corruptly go against the law. This should not be tribal war. Especially when numbers agitating are from on region. The last election can support my argument. The country has a new constitution, where every county budgetary initiate to build their own economy and infrastructure within their whims. Raila has the ability to help as as much as he can without being President-which he hasn't- that he can make a difference within his tribal region or the whole country. I say this with pride because this Raila has record we can all refer to. He just wants a name and take care of his own interests. You will be fooled to believe a biblical Joshua is on the making!.

November 20, 2017, their decision to recognize a seriously flowed election sent them down to Mariana Trench - the lowest point on earth located in the Western Pacific ocean. They have lost credibility as an impartial and rational members of the judiciary.

Ndugu Raila: Thank you very much for being the only lone fighter against the criminal and dictatorial government of Toroitich. Through your struggle, Kenya was able to move from one single party to multiparty system.
Personally, I would like to thank you because your struggle made it possible for me to have dual citizenship. Finally, had you not struggled to free Kenyans from a one party rule, Toroitich like his fellow dictator Mugabe would still be in power. See how Mugabe is still fighting to remain in power in Zimbabwe.
Your name will always be remembered when the true history of Kenya is written. The two beneficiaries of your struggle Ruto and Uhuru should have your portrait everywhere in their mansions because had it not been for you, Ruto would probably be selling peanuts at the bus stops in Eldoret.
