Nairobi Women Representative Passaris is receiving praises after spending her birthday with patients at Kenyatta National Hospital.

On this Mashujaa Day and her 53rd birthday, Passaris spent a few hours at Kenyatta National Hospital where she helped feed patients. She also visited Imani Rehabilitation Center in Kayole.

“Celebrating the gift of life and the blessing of turning 53 years old with patients at Kenyatta National Hospital. #MashujaaDay,” Passaris wrote on Twitter.

“Lovely afternoon spent at Imani Rehabilitation, Kayole. My heart is full. #MashujaaDay,” read another tweet from her after spending time at Imani Rehabilitation Center.

Good move Esther! I am not your fan, but I recognize a benevolent and philanthropic act when I see one. Leading by example, not yap yapping like us here...I'd say, lets do more of these, and perhaps our differences will be relegated to the back burner. Just sayin'.

Good thought but next time don't go feeding everyone including those who can take a fork and feed themselves. When you do this you make Mashujaa day look like Valentine's day. Bad move. Looks cheesy to me but good thought.

Just looking for attention how many people do you think help others each and everyday without having Pictures taken?

Kioko, that may be so, but that does not negate the fact that she helped feed the sick, which is agood act whether there are comeras there or not...
It may be a photo opp.but she took the time to do it.She volunteered. While may as you said do it off camera, equally as many dont do it,and are less concerned.

This is a big difference between Passaris and the other women rep in Nyeri. The one in Nyeri is talking about kutopatia wanaume cuma. Huyu Passaris anfanya what we expect someone in a position to do.What a diference

Nice example,Instead of wasting time ati listening to UK and his fake speeches do something that makes a difference. That is what all Kenyans who do not want another 5 years with his jubilee thugs should do. Walk , go to the movies, tend to your shambas, do your laundry or mow the lawn.Show them Kenyans/ non kyuks mean business and will settle for nothing but a credible election. Here is to peace on the 26th

What an exemplary example Dada Esther has demonstrated to the helpless and the sick people of Kenya. Thank you for giving us something positive to think about and share with our brothers and sisters. If I were in a position of power, I would honor your service today by giving you an award for your kindness, humility, and national service to those in need.

As our English brothers and sisters once said, " A friend in need is a friend indeed." Thank you.

@Sukari.

Thank you for observing and commenting on my previous posts that were full of inappropriate, rude, and abusive language. I did make a positive change in that area.

The area where we still differ has to do with leadership. I am convinced that our two current leaders one from NASA and the other from Jubilee can give Kenyans a surprise gift by stepping down and letting somebody else lead our beautiful land of Kenya.

"...NA TUKAE NA UDUGU AMANI NA UHURU, RAHA TUPATE NA USTAWI."

All in the name of publicity dear Passaris. Mbona has she not donned a uniform or some protective gear to protect the health of those patients. These are patients not kuku za kariokor! Heshima dada, donate your time behind closed doors and you will earn a thousand blessing, not parade your generosity for the camera. Shujaa yupi? Ame save nani? Wacheni kuongeza chumvi!

Do not be negative. What have you done on your apart before you point a finger at another person. She chose to help the sick people. Even if she did not feed them. A visit to them is good enough. 'I was sick and you visited me.'

Just another NASA ploy as far as I am concerned. If I told you what I have done, then it would be contradicting my point that one helps behind closed doors, not parade for publicity. If NASA was campaigning, then I would give the thumbs up, but they pulled out of the race, so.....

Indeed, Kenya! Just as it is peoples choice not to vote and leave those who want to well alone! Get my drift? At least we agree on something.

Now, I hope to see her tending to those hooligans who are expected to go out on the 26th with ill intent and when they get vamiwad, cry foul. Bet, she will be somewhere well out of this mischief.

Now, what else is new? Counting down with baited breath like me? Till then, let's hold fire and talk later!
