We Will Use Museveni and Kagame Tactics to Deal with Raila, Moses Kuria Says

Trade Cabinet Secretary Moses Kuria has weighed in on the ongoing anti-government protests led by Azimio la Umoja One Kenya coalition leader Raila Odinga.

In an interview with BBC, Kuria said the Kenya Kwanza administration under the leadership of President Ruto will employ different tactics to tame Odinga, whom he accused of “terrorizing” previous governments.

Insisting that the Kenya Kwanza government will not be cowed to negotiate with Odinga, the outspoken cabinet secretary said Ruto will have no choice but to employ the tactics used by Rwandan President Paul Kagame and his Ugandan counterpart Yoweri Museveni to handle their detractors.

“He has had it good for too long. He had it with Kibaki, Kibaki is no more, he is dead and gone. He had it with Uhuru. He will not have it again, take it from me. There’s not going to be any dividend for democracy,” Kuria said.

“We had very transparent elections, we went all the way to the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court pronounced itself…every time coming to prosecute an election, then it means that we’re going to deal with him the way Paul Kagame deals with his opponents, the way Museveni deals with his opponent. There’s no other way.”

Kuria dismissed claims that Odinga has called for mass action over the high cost of living in the country, noting that the opposition leader’s ploy is to acquire power using unorthodox tactics.

He further claimed that Odinga’s aim was to sabotage and destabilize Ruto’s administration, adding that he should use other means to address his issues.

“What is happening in Kenya has got nothing to do with the cost of living. It is just nothing but economic terrorism because our opposition is aware that we are on a takeover…but we’re going to do what we need to do,” he stated.

“We are not ready to talk with him…on what? He is a member of the party, the leader of the opposition, he’s got sizeable members in Parliament, he can make his case within Parliament but this rewarding him for undermining institutions…losing elections all the time and coming to say talk to me, about what?”

Stop acting like a politician and for the first time act like a leader. Raila is raising issues to be addressed. Address the issues and stop the sideshows. You know very well you stole the elections. You even confessed publicly you did it in 2017. If Msando is anything to mention, you are highly suspect. If you want to be dictators in order to eat and finish Kenya without anyone raising a finger, that won’t happen. If you want to go the Kagame and Museveni way, go Kuria go, but be advised, Kenya is not Uganda or Rwanda.

Kuria:

Usidhani tumesahau! Tulikuona umesimama kando ya motokaa ya Marehemu Msando kabla hajajulikana mahali alipokuwa. Ilikuwakuwaje ulikuwa umesimama kando ya motokaa yake?

HATUJASAHAU!

And who will deal with Kuria's loud mouth? Well, imitation Chinese products might burn his mouth the way his ashy feet were burnt. Kumbafu.

Is this the same Kuria who said last year that an oath had been taken in 1969 that ensured that no uncircumcised man would be allowed to become the president of Kenya?

Kuria is a threat to “national security” and should be asked to resign immediately.

In 1979 Uganda exiles in Tanzania, Kenya led by Gen Tito Okello, Gen Bazillio Olara Okello, Gen Oyite Ojok supported by Tanzania President Julius Nyerere and Kenya VP Oginga Odinga( close friends Obote ,graduates of Makerere and same ethnic group) launched a rebellion against Idi Amin through Mwanza/Lake Victoria restoring President Milton Obote .

In 1980 Yoweri Museveni disagreed with Obote and Launched Luweero war . Gen David Oyite Ojok(one of best trained soldiers in Uganda history, at least 6 years EU,US) died in a plane crash on his way to Luweero . This changed the direction of the war . Between 1981-86 Paul Kagame and Fred Rwigema together with other banyarwanda tutsi exiled in Uganda fought alongside Yoweri Museveni in Uganda .

In 1985 regional/nepotistic disagreements between Uganda National Liberation Army Commander, General Tito Okello(Luo-Acholi) and President Milton Obote(Luo-Langi) over the promotion of Smith Acak Opon(Luo-Langi) to replace the late Gen Oyite Ojok(Luo-Langi) instead of General Bazillio Okello(Luo-Acholi) caused a coup against Milton Obote . Gen Tito Okello became president(1985-86) and Gen Bazillio Okello became army commander . Daniel Moi called peace talks in Nairobi between Yoweri Museveni and Gen Tito Okello . The agreement(witnessed by Ambassador Bethwell Kiplagat of Kenya) required Gen Tito Okello to be president and Yoweri Museveni to be vice president .

THE TALKS COLLAPSED when Soldiers allied to Yoweri Museveni and led by Rwandans Paul Kagame and Fred Rwigema continued a push against Gen Tito Okello led Soldiers mostly Luo-Acholi,Luo-Langi in Uganda including Airforce Commander Major Alfred Otto, Airforce Cpt Harry Oluoch,Cpt Peter Oringi,Major Stephen Abili,Lt Col Wilson Okonga,Lt Col John Ogole, Buffalo Commander Major Eric Odwar.

Yoweri Museveni became president of Uganda in 1986 . Paul Kagame became head of intelligence in Uganda and moved to the US FOR MILITARY TRAINING . In 1987 a rebellion against Yoweri Museveni was launched by LRA Luo-Acholi led by JOSEPH KONY , Alice Auma Lakwena , Dominic Ongwen , Vincent Otti, Okot Odhiambo ,Raska Lukwiya ,Nixman Opuk Oryanga ,Ceaser Achellum ,Bunia Ocan .

By 1990 banyarwanda tutsi led by Fred Rwigema , who had been deputy defense minister in Uganda, had launched an offensive against president Juvenal Habyarimana of Rwanda . After the death of Fred Rwigema Paul Kagame returned to Rwanda and became head of RPF . Habyarimana plane was downed in 1994 .

By 1996 Paul Kagame and Yoweri Museveni supported Laurent Kabila against President Mobutu Seseko in Congo . Laurent Kabila was also supported by Banyarwanda tutsi in Congo(Banyamulenge) who form the bulk of M23 led by Sultani Makenga . Laurent Kabila became President in Congo in 1997 . Paul Kagame became president in Rwanda in 2000 .

Essentially admitting they plan on an authoritarian dictatorship. So we could soon see the return of detention without trial, trumped up treason charges, detention of dissenting journalists etc. Off course Kenya has a history of Ngoroko, MwaKenya, nyayo house etc. For those not alive then, Ngoroko was a state invention to hold on to power and MwaKenya was a reaction to state repression. Nyayo house was where dissenters were sent for coerced confessions. And for Moi lovers out there, his brutal reign predated August 1982.

I agree with you Mūndūmūgo. Clearly Nyayo 2.0. This time Kenya mtajua hamjui. Ruto is a pro western puppet with their 100% clandestine organizations support. That’s how he won. Rao/Uhuru have many pro-china links. The west will protect their interests with bloody democratic changes. I see Rao being taken out and Uhunye cowaring in submission to protect his interests. Ruto will become president for ever like Kagame & Museveni. That’s why they are not worried and not in a rush. That’s going to be the new wave in Africa to protect the western interests against the Chinese. Geopolitics si mchezo. And that is my observed opinion.
