Police Hunt for Mwingi Central MP over 'Genitals' Remarks Directed at President Uhuru

John Wanjohi Oct 28, 2017

Police are hunting for Mwingi Central MP Gideon Mulyungi for making derogatory statements directed at President Uhuru Kenyatta.

The MP has gone to hiding after learning that the officers were seeking to arrest him over remarks he uttered during an election boycott campaign in Kalundu market, Kitui town on Thursday.

The former Public Works Principal Secretary challenged President Uhuru on matters below the belt, saying that he outsmarts the president.

“Uhuru cannot tell me anything since I am loaded than him where it matters, what is he trying to show us? If he removed his trousers and I remove mine, you will realise that my manhood is bigger than his,” he said.

Police said the MP will face charges of making offensive remarks directed at the Head of State.

Mulyungi has accompanied Kitui Governor Charity Ngilu, Kibwezi East MP Jessica Mbalu and Machakos Woman Representative Joyce Kamene when he uttered the remarks.
