Police Arrest Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria

Police have arrested Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria over alleged hate speech remarks he made over the past week.

Kuria was taken in on Monday morning and is being held at the Pangani Police station.

Last week, the MP was on the spot after he made threatening remarks towards National Super Alliance (NASA) presidential candidate Raila Odinga.

"Kiambu has spoken. They have said
Wembe ni ule ule (the razor blade is the same one) . Wangige and Kiambu people are seething with anger. One million of their votes were cancelled by four people," Kuria's Facebook post read.

"But they are so ready to do it again. And even more. Manhunt is on tonight for the 200,000 people who did not vote and the 70,000 that voted for that other demon."

Kenyans online attacked Francis Ole Kaparo-led National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) being partisan in dealing with hate speech.

Police said they are searching for former Machakos Senator Johnson Muthama for the same reason.

Jubilee Party secretary general, Raphael Tuju said the remarks by Kuria were unacceptable and did not represent the position of the party.

Tuju said the party would take action against Kuria.

Uhuru should also be arrested for the hate speech he made against those members of the supreme court who overturned the presidential vote against him. He should be charged for appearing in public while drunk and talking incoherently.

He shouldn't get away with calling members of the supreme court, " wakora." Failure to arrest Uhuru shows how incompetent and corrupt members of the police are.

He should be fired for keeping incompetent people in the criminal investigation unit. How come the killers of Jacob Juma and Chris Msando and many other killed Kenyans have not yet been arrested? Why hasn't he fired one of the most incompetent criminal investigator Ndegwa Muhoro?

Uhuru is slowly bringing back the sad days of his father and that of Toroitich's criminal regimes to the hard working people of Kenya. He must be stopped immediately.

Finally, the over 500 million shillings paid to Matiba should come from the pocket of dictator Toroitich.

Insulting and undermining the judiciary is definitely hate speech. Uhuru should be arrested and if not, Muthama and Kuria should be released immediately.

Toooo much hate .... Muthama and Kuria should be locked up naked in the same cell and should NOT be released until they make love to each other thoroughly .. then hopefully when released they can spread the message of love .. not hate

@Anonymous you are seething with Nonsense. Many of you must pull your heads out your A$$e$ and realize that
Uhuru has displayed the utmost incompetence and lack of moral reproach to lead Kenya. Has commited crimes of incitement and pitting kikuyu and kalenjin against other tribes in Kenya, time and again Uhuru
has shown lack of understanding the separation of Powers in a Democracy.
This Uhuru must be charged in a court of Law for the crimes he has commited and brought to understand that Kenya is not his family property. We need leadership in Kenya NOT Drunkards!
