Mt. Kenya Will Rally Behind DP William Ruto in 2022, Kirinyaga Governor Ann Waiguru Says
Kirinyaga Governor Ann Waiguru has assured Deputy President William Ruto that Mt Kenya region will rally behind him during the 2022 presidential race.
Speaking when she accompanied Ruto to the launch of the inaugural Eldoret City Marathon, Waiguru asked Rift Valley residents to have faith that the vote rich Central Kenya region will back their son's bid to succeed President Kenyatta.
“Our president in 2022 is William Samoei Ruto. Do not be cheated, as the people of Mount Kenya we stand with the Deputy President,” said Waiguru.
Waiguru declared that those who believe in Ruto will do everything they can to ensure that he clinches the Presidency in the next general elections.
“We know there are people with different plans, but we will do whatever is necessary as the people of Mount Kenya to stand by him (DP Ruto) so that in 2022, the seat comes to Rift Valley," Waiguru said.
" We assure you, as the people of Mount Kenya, including Kirinyaga and beyond, that we have one stand.”

Kenyans need to know democracy comes with a price just because it glitters it's not gold this man is building his own wealth and looting from the tax payer. The narrative changed when kibaki left office it was free for all. I believe nobody is above the law so waiguru and company should answer for all the missing and inappropriated funds.

But I think Gold costs about 7000 per gram so exactly what material is this railway made of? And please let us not even go the the cost of operating it. It is in billions per year. So instead of generating money we are throwing away good money after bad money. Oh, what about the personnel? According to Midiwo, the last time an African operated those engines was when the president was inaugurating them.
