NASA Reveals Plan to Take Uhuru, Ruto to ICC

National Super Alliance (NASA) has revealed plans to take President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto to the International Criminal Court (ICC).

Speaking on Saturday during a burial of Raila's relative in Siaya, Siaya Senator James Orengo said that Nasa was making arrangements to take back the Jubilee duo to the Hague-based court.

"In fact, we are gathering evidence to take them to court the second time, but this time you will be dealt with perpendicularly by the international law," he stated.

Orengo also dared Jubilee to sue Raila at the ICC, saying that Nasa has a legal team capable of arguing a case in any court.

"If their {Jubilee} lawyers cannot win a case in Kenya's Supreme Court, what makes them they will defeat us at the ICC, " Orengo said amid cheers from the crowd.

Speaking at the ceremony NASA leader Raila Odinga, cautioned the government against deploying military in Nyanza during elections.

"We hear they are bringing a lot of military personnel; I want them to know Nyanza is in Kenya and they should not treat our people as foreigners,"Raila stated.

Central Organization of Trade Unions Secretary-General Francis Atwoli, who was present at the funeral urged President Uhuru and Raila to hold talks ahead of Thursday's election.

Last week, ICC confirmed receiving a petition in which two Kenyans are seeking investigations on Nasa leaders Raila Odinga and his running mate Kalonzo Musyoka for crimes against humanity.

Over 1,300 innocent Kenyans were slaughtered after the failed election of 2007. Justice has been denied for their by departed souls. Uhuru and Ruto were implicated in their untimely deaths and used the state resources to block the trials.

Again, the corrupt, inefficient, and morally bankrupt IEBC cleared them to run for office. Lately, we heard the role which the former ICC prosecutor Moreno Ocampo played in finding them innocent. Justice has been denied for too long for these victims of our selfish, self centered, and myopic leaders. We must reopen the cases again in Hague. We can't try the cases locally because the executive branch of our government calls our judiciary, " thugs." How unfortunate! Uhuru's legacy will be remembered as the regime that used abusive and inappropriate language when opinions differed.

If you want to fail miserably, whether NASA or Chupilee, go ahead and invoke the ICC. Solution to Kenya's impasse is rather simple - completely get rid of Uhuru and Raila and 45 million Kenyans will be ok. As for now, to hell with the ICC!

@Mlachake, strongly agree, you echoed my sentiments. I have said several times that elections must be postpone, all the political dynasties be barred from running because evidently they have put Kenyans lives in danger and our country at the brink of mayhem and instability. We need to heal our nation and reclaim of tribal co-existence. Uhuru, ruto and Rao, kalonzo must go for the sake of 45 million Kenyans.

RAO and Kalonzo, deal with your case at the ICC first at this time. Ati Orengo says Jubilee does not have competent lawyers...shindwe... you guys had connived with the mikora network of Maraga 4 and you call that competence?? shindwe tena

The world now knows the ICC missed the big thug who should have been given a ride there and never to return but he is still around payukaring like never before bringing the country down in the name of "democracy" which looks more like mayhem, turmoil and thuggery.Id assume the big lady at ICC is not asleep at the wheel cos we need action this time. He is responsible of at least 50 deaths and billions and billions of loses to the economy.

KDF should be told that "There is no ILLEGAL Charcoal or Sugar Business in NYANZA" like they have it in Somalia (while Pretending to Fight Al Shabaab). HaitawaFAIDI kitu. "Watauma NG'O with INNOCENT Blood on Their Heads". Kama wameSHINDWA na Al Shabaab (kwa Kupotelea kwa MAGENDO huko Somalia), heri Waende kwa MABIBI zao na sio NYANZA. NYANZA si ya Mama Zao.

@Mlachake. I agree with you. You said, " completely get rid of Uhuru and Raila." However, I don't want them to be "msandonized or Jumanized." They should be escorted to their billion-shillings business empire, where they would serve the nation in a more positive way by employing the many unemployed youth.

This is NASA's "Tit for Tat". 2007/08 is a done deal. The two primary culprits (Raila and Kibaki) were never put on trial. In 2017, more than 60 Kenyans have been killed at the hands of Raila and Kalonzo. These two must face the ICC.
