Driver Attached to Kenya Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu Shot in Nairobi

A driver attached to Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu has sustained serious gun wounds after he was shot by an unknown gunman along Ngong Road in Nairobi.

Confirming the incident, Nairobi Police commander Japheth Koome said the Police Constable Titus Mutiso was shot near Marsabit Plaza where he had gone to purchase some flowers for the DCJ.

“We have launched an investigation and we are looking for the criminals who shot the DCJ’s driver,” Koome told Capital FM News.

Reports by police indicate that Mutiso was attacked by a man who snatched his pistol loaded with 15 bullets and fled on a motorbike.

“It happened so fast, the guy just jumped off the motorbike and sprayed him with bullets,” another police officer said, quoting a witness. He was rushed to Nairobi Women’s Hospital for treatment.

Police have launched investigations into the incident.

Well, well! Is this intimidation or they were actually looking for Mwilu? Temperatures in Kenya have escalated so much and we need to cool them down by following the law. Nobody should lose their lives because of other peoples’ politically driven decisions.

This is what DR. Akombe was talking about, death threats and cold blood murder executions. The police will always say “We have launched an investigation"! Can someone tell me if the kenya's police/intelligence etc have ever solved a murder case? Never. So people at risk should choose their battles wisely, it's not about patriotism.

Inside the Mind of an ordinary Gikuyu/Kikuyu person:

During the struggle for independence many Gikuyu people took an oath that bound them together to fight against the British illegal alien's occupation of their land in Kenya. It is this oath that has now backfired. How? A similar but a different kind of an oath was taken by the same people declaring that any "uncircumcised" man will not become the president of Kenya.

Unfortunately, Raila became a victim of this "unfortunate" oath. Neither Raila nor any other aspiring Luo candidate now or in the near future will be elected Kenyan president by my many Gikuyu brothers and sisters! Especially the brothers.

Gikuyu women don't seem to be bound by this discriminating culture of their fellow brothers. They are married not only by Luo men, but almost everywhere in the republic. Even Raila's son's first wife was a member of the Gikuyu micro-nation. Tuju and Wetangula and many other Kenyans have Gikuyu wives. Even the late Wambui Otieno had a Luo husband.

The problem with Gikuyu mens' obsession with circumcision is similar to many of my European brothers and sisters obsession with the skin color! Again, like Gikuyu women, many European women are not bound by their men's obsession with the skin color, they have taken husbands from every part of the planet earth.

A lesson to my Gikuyu men obsessed with circumcision: Japan, China, Korea, Philippine, India (except the Muslims, Russia, the entire Europe (except the Jews and Muslim men), men are not circumcised. Are you (Gikuyu men) going to stop riding the train from Mombasa and Nairobi because the railroad was built by uncircumcised men? It is time to discard the idea that uncircumcised men are not fit to be in our state house as presidents of Kenya. You (Gikuyu) have also stopped circumcising your women except the members of the Mungiki Organization.

Anyone who has sided with Maraga has now become the enemy of the Gikuyu men. Uhuru, even insulted him by calling him a "thug!" What a shame. Now that many Kamba people support Raila. They have also become enemies of the Gikuyu men. No wonder Justice Mwilu's driver was shot today. My dear Kenyans, watch out, why? The Gikuyu have a hit and run criminal organization called Mungiki and they will terminate your life if they feel that anyone of you is challenging Muthamaki (King) Uhuru!

"NA TUKAE NA UDUGU AMANI NA UHURU, RAHA TUPATE NA USTAWI."

You claim to know much about wiyathi but with this short narrative about that, obviously you are not well read about Maumau uprising etc. A while ago I gave you three books that are well researched with excerpts from survivors /living members or their relatives about the oath and Maumau. I suggest you read them and YES my cucu and guka were beaten and moreso my great cucu was raped by a white man , so do not come here to pretend that some of us do not know deeply what maumau was , the movements, the recruitment, the betrayals etc

@Guest1: As far as I am concerned, circumcision does not make someone mature or less mature. Look at Moses Kuria! If we were to use the Kikuyu standard that a circumcised man is mature, Kuria's thinking and daily behavior would classify him into the group of "uncircumcised men."

Therefore, my Gikuyu brothers, you should abandon applying your cultural standards to other people who are not members of your group.

This is out out of tha basket and in the field: that "for Raila to win lazima watu wakufe kiasi". This is one of the many we already have in record. This is amongst other events perpetrated by the opposition side of government to mete out conspirasies supposedly to gain local and international support. And yet they -opposition- are the ones doing all these carnage.

@Guest1, you are full of contradictions, ati: ASIYE KUBALI KUSHINDWA SI MSHINDANI? This is a lesson YOU and your BABU needs to take on board! Plus, stop plagiarizing people's ideas and making them your own. D Mwose, also is in the same camp, e.g THE WRITING WAS ON THE WALL. Be original both of you and not mirror the behaviour of your leader, e.g UHURU goes to church, Odinga follows suit.... anyway, there is a saying that copying is a form of flattery!

Guest1, go get a job, imagine the dollars you would have earned if the amount of time you dedicate here was equated to real wages?!
